The individuals involved at ADZ have a ZERO-TOLERANCE SEXUAL MISCONDUCT POLICY, this will be at any event associated with ADZ 2024, which is limited to, but does not exclude the ADZ 2024 Mixer, rehearsals, competition, and after party. If any sort of sexual misconduct is found, the member’s presence at any further events associated with any future and further ADZ will be suspended indefinitely and if they are found to be a competitor will result in their entire team disqualification and reporting to the partner national competitions. 

 

As members of an organization representing South-Asian descent, we must keep ourselves to a higher standard and not allow any sort of misconduct to occur and it is the Wisconsin ADZ board’s job to observe any conduct and actively oppose any misconduct. It has become increasingly common, especially at DDN events for misconduct to occur without any consequence, this will no longer be the case, ADZ will partner with the right organizations and follow the regulations completely with no tolerance. These outlines will also be understood and completed by the entire executive board, liaisons, event managers, judges, and any personnel who has correspondence with any of the events. All of these individuals will be required to read and follow the Sexual Assault Guidelines listed to ensure the safety of the entire audience and competitors.
